Flexter: Get things moving with us
Flexter is looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our booming technology startup! Flexter is a new application that allows consumers to easily search and reserve a moving truck online from multiple rental companies. Our office and team are located in the heart of Montreal - but hey, if you get separation anxiety from your home office, feel free to work from there too!
Big impact, small team
Your primary responsibility will be to grow our network of fleet partners, otherwise known as the searchable truck-rental companies on our platform. As we work in a fast and dynamic industry, our ideal candidate must be open to travelling in Canada and the United States. They must also demonstrate skill in creating strategic alliances while being able to wear several hats within our small, agile team.
Main responsibilities
- Develop relationships with fleet partners;
- Help train fleet partners on the Flexter platform;
- Collect feedback from fleet partners to improve our application;
- Actively participate in the development of Flexter's product roadmap by using knowledge gained from fleet partners and strategic alliances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management or related field;
- 2+ years of experience in a tech startup;
- Knowledge of the truck rental industry is an asset;
- Bilingual (FR/EN);
- A whole lot of motivation to get things moving!
